Christine Blondell has a no excuses mentality when it comes to heath and fitness. As a certified personal trainer with 24 years of knowledge and experience to share, she can successfully help you achieve your most desired goals. Christine’s dedication to you and your goals is her number one priority whether you are a competing athlete or a beginner who has never stepped foot in a gym before! As a first place finisher in numerous weightlifting competitions she has a firm belief that the possibilities are endless of how far you can push your body and its amazing abilities.

Her continuing education has kept her qualified to deal with all types of bodies, people and special situations. She has successfully helped people with specific goals/ limitations reach their expectations and beyond. Such as post/ pre natal moms, seniors, paramedics and firefighters along with stroke victims, COPD patients and people with a variety of physical injuries. Among Christine’s clientele is someone who was able to avoid having major back surgery due to sciatic nerve injury and the pressure of her weight which was worsening her condition. The gratification they experienced together when the client was able to lose 30 pounds and avoid surgery due to exercise and diet/ nutrition advice from Christine was unimaginable.
Christine Blondell has dedicated herself to helping others change their lives. Proving that she can help you achieve anything with the right amount of knowledge, dedication and hard work. As a mother of two she is well aware of all the excuses in the book; “I don’t have the time” and “I’m too tired” are not going to go far with this lady. Since then I have lost 12 pounds and have started building up some muscle. Many parts of my body are already starting to tone up! "I am a 47 year old woman who has never exercised a day in my life and my body was a testament to that. Too much fat and absolutely no muscle! After too many years of living a sedentary life, over-eating and drinking had caught up with me. I have tried several different weight loss diets, only to lose all the weight and then immediately put it all back on and then some. I am a walking testimony to the fact that restrictive diets do not work long term.
The last few months I have been coming twice a week for personal training with Christine. I have lost 11 pounds, several inches and am starting to have some muscle tone for the first time in my life. I still have a long way to go but am convinced that the only way to permanent weight loss is through regular exercise coupled with a moderate approach to diet, one that will last a lifetime and not just for a few hellish weeks of starvation. I am losing weight slowly and steadily, the way it is recommended for permanent weight loss and have given up forever on all of the fad diets that don’t work long term.
I can’t say enough about Christine as a personal trainer and highly recommend her. I was very apprehensive about starting because I knew how unfit I was. She has pushed me hard and makes me try harder when I'm slacking and I am thankful for that. She has never made me feel judged or self-conscious in any way while doing that and that’s definitely a good quality in a trainer! "
