I have been a personal trainer since 2004 and my journey is far from finished. Some people have a passion for a certain sport whether it is hockey, basketball, or soccer. For me, working out, living a healthy lifestyle and pushing myself beyond my limit is my passion. I am beyond passionate about training, nutrition and building a better body. I have experience in competitive bodybuilding and both amateur and professional mixed martial arts. I don't settle for average and I always like to compete. I am in a state of mind where training is just as important as breathing and that is what makes me a valuable asset towards your lifestyle goals.
